Consent to electronic records

By creating an account you agree that NotaFi may provide records, notices, disclosures and documents to you electronically, in the product and by email, and that electronic signatures you apply in NotaFi have the same effect as handwritten ones. To receive them you need a device with internet access, a current browser, an email address, and the ability to view PDF files. You may withdraw this consent by emailing hello@notafi.tech, which may limit your ability to use NotaFi. You may request a paper copy of any document at no charge.
